Whats your guys opinion on the best place to take my heads, and block to for work, and is located in southern california.

Heads: want all new parts, valve springs, retainers, valves, ect. and most importantly a nice port n polish job.

Block: need a bore and main caps installed

Your best results and price may actually include shipping. If you can wait a couple of weeks then you may want to ship them to someone you can trust to begin with, and not have to worry about anything. Just a suggestion, but I hear horror stories about people "attempting" to work on Buicks all the time.
