Rebuilt Engine Kit Question

Does anyone know where I can get a good engine rebuilt kit for an '85, possibly other than Poston? Does anyone have a Engine Description Manual (copy). I have an '87 one, but I am looking for an '85 one.

You could try NorthernAutoParts.com, I was looking at one of their catalogs last night and they have a engine rebuild kit for the 84&85 models for a little over $400.00

hey 85GN mike i have that full rebuild kit summit racing offers in thier catalog i got it about 1 yr ago its the whole kit they offer plus i have the standard forged steel pistons (trw)i got it for atotal of 458.78 i have receipts and everything that i got from them i dont need it so ill let it go for a fair price if u r inteested let me know and email me at lilslugger00aj@yahoo.com wit any question u may have hope i can help
