Reclocking an 87 style turbo & intake torque ?

My buddy is putting onLT Dp, Up, headers and a Turbomtion V3 intake. We wondering if anybody can supply us with the torque numbers and sequence for everything? Also, he's going with an 86-87 style turbo, (maybe TA-49?) does anybody know if he can use a TE series turbo instead of an TA? What's the biggest turbo that will fit? Thanks.

Hey thanks for the reply 6 to go. Hopefully he can find a good used turbo and maybe the bolts wont be too bad. So everything else was pretty easy?
