Thinking of purchasing a quad cab 4X4 truck.
A pre 2003 Ford F-250 comes to mind. Especially since I've heard the 7.3 powerstroke was good and the 6.0 was not. What about the 5.4 V8?
Should I go with diesel or gas engine? Which is more reliable? Which gets better MPG?
What about the Chevy Silverado 2500 quad cab 4X4? Or the Dodge Ram quad cab 4X4? How durable were these trucks?
The truck would serve as a daily driver plus weekend off road rig. (not rock crawling) Plus would be used to travel across the nation with. I don't want something that's going to have reliability issues.
