Recommended cloth seat cleaner/protectant?

What does your owners manual say about "cloth" fabric cleaner ? That information comes from the fabric material supplier, and is usually very "friendly" to the material. The only "Protectant" to apply to this material is Scotchguard brand in an aerosol can. Every chemical company will tell you that thiers is the BEST on the market. But then that's how they sell thier stuff, right ???
