Red Armstrong Chip?

I found an old Red Armstrong chip. I think this chip is for 72# injectors, but I am not certain.It has some #'s on it that I don't know what they mean. Can anyone help?

Try 440 235 3232 (telephone number for QuadAir). Ask for Red and give him the info from the chip. If it's his chip, he will be more than happy to tell you what the chip parameters are.
