Wire one of the pumps through a relay. If you mount the relay under the hood you can use the fuel pump test as you key on power for the relay trigger. The other wire with the fuse can be run off the alternator post directly, through the pressure switch and to the other pump directly. I prefer to have both pump leads on the same terminal at the alternator post so you can't accidentally forget to hook up the 2nd pumps power wire. If you have an aftermarket ecu it's possible you could use it to trigger the pump. It's also worth making the leads so you can switch them to get exercise on both pumps
