Red Armstrong vs. Jim Testa Chips

with the combo that i am buying off a friend he is giving me two chips of my choice. i have my choice for a Red Armstrong Street and Race chip or a Jim Testa street and race chip.

the car is going to have 009's PTE-44, and Alky

which chip would be best for that set up?
