I do a search on-line and find this part I was looking for. I call up the company and confirm the description of the item again on the phone with the sales guy. He tells me the same as is stated on the website. I pay with CC and it comes via UPS. When I receive the part, it is totally wrong as stated to me by the sales guy and what is stated on the website. Also there is minor scuff on the polished aluminum finish. I call the company and advised of the problem. The manager issues me a return authorization number and tells me to send it back. I also told him that I wouldn't have ordered the part if the description was correct and what was told to me was correct. The manager goes on his website and states to me that the description is wrong on the website. I also advised the manager of the scuffing issue.

Now, should I press the issue to have them refund the shipping charges and my return shipping fee? If the item was described as what I received, I would've have ordered it. I know I can dispute it with my CC. I also printed a copy of their website describing the product for future reference.
