#1 reason to NEVER toss the keys to YOUR vehicle to somebody else

I have seen valet guys drag racing before. not me but friends of mine.

I never have that problem. I'm too cheap to pay a valet.:D

The sad part is the individuals will just loose their job and the owners of the cars will get screwed. Think about it, what ways can an establishment compensate you for having your car abused?

Though I have to say about the driver(s) during those 180 degree turns, lucky the cars did not smack the columns!

Bingo.

At the Casino when the car was nice I never valet parked it, not a chance.

That's one last bet at the tables.

Always parked it way down back with the anti-theft chip and took the shuttle up, with all the one arm bandit all you can eat coupon buffet folks. :p

guilty

i did this but not to this extreme, worked the colonial country club with the PGA tournament came to town and had alot of fun with all kinds of cars, NXS's Vettes. BMW's, Mercedes, jaguars, audi's and just about any kind of car made back in the early 90's. part of it but then again i was in my early 20's he11 i'm sure you'd have altittle fun. regardless i'm guilty of this but i didn't do donuts and stuff. doesn't make it any better that i didn't go to the extreme of this but still. if you hand your keys over to a valet then expect some change missing, your radio blaring when you get back in the car and hope no damage other then some missing rubber.

i always liked the news companies that

put a hidden camera in a car and have it valet's and then bust the guys pocketing change and ragging on the cars and all kinds of stuff. only way i ever heard of to make sure is something that came out a few yrs ago for parents to keep up with the kids. kinda like a GPS onstar type device that tells you speed, how fast they got there and where they are at. not sure what the name of it was but what do you expect low wage guys with cars worth more then they probably make in several yrs if they are lucky.

I had a similar situation back in 2002 or 2003 but in my case they crashed my truck into a concrete footer/wall. The impact was so hard that it shipped part off the wall. (This wall was solid concrete 6'-0" tall and at least 2'-0" thick.) Needless to say they F'ed up my truck pretty bad. After they crashed that they were going to show it to me they drove it to a section were it would not bee seen by others. They parked the truck on a ramp and they did not put the emergency break on (truck was stick) it almost went down the ramp, but I stopped it if it would have gone down the ramp it would have hit a boat and possibly gone into the water, that if it would have made it completely across the street. Need least to say I will never use valet again. (I have actually paid to park my new truck in the vale area, but I have done the parking.)
