removeing rear bumper cover on a 95 monte carlo

i searched the net , with no luck.. the rear bumper cover on my son's car is comeing loose right behind the drivers rear wheel, i think some one one tagged it just a little, there has to be a way to get it back to tight against the body. it can't be just 2way tape holding it together.. any help would be great.....thanks

i've never screwed around with the bumpers on one of those cars, but look for 10mm bolt heads.. maybe even a few 8mm bolt heads.. and those plastic push pins with the center pin that slides out.. you might have to remove the tail lights to get access..
