Removing Headrests?

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to remove these?
I 've used the search function and found a bit of information, but still unable to remove them.

Have tried a hack saw blade inserted down the front of headrest support bar, but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's been so long front or back i don't remember just keep trying .

Use a butter knife,slide it down the back side.worked for me
