Yup, remove door panel. Disconnect linkage. Pull the U shaped clip to one side and the cylinder comes out. Instead of trying to pry off the cover, I just got new cylinders and had them keyed. Seemed to be easier to me and I didn't want to damage the originals. For the trunk lock, you have to drill out a rivet as I remember and the clip pulls straight down. Then you can get a U clip & screw to hold it in. On drilling out the rivet, be careful to not let the drill go in too far when it breaks through. The bit will hit and damage the cylinder.
