replaced turbo with blown seal now car doesnt like to start

Just replaced a turbo with a blown seal , had oil in everything, but all is cleaned up pretty good and a decent turbo is on.
Once car starts it seems perfect , but after its been running a while it really doesnt want to start back up. MAF?
