Started pricing out floorboards....How much to do it (the Labor?) What is involved? Can a newbie do it?
Thanks
Steve Chambers

Buy a MIG welder and some good tin snips/cutting wheels and have at it. With no formal training I've replaced floorboards and trunk pans in my 1967 GS400 & the floorboards in my '68 Firebird.

Sure, it's a lot of work but spending the money on a welder instead of someone else's labor leaves you with a useful tool in the garage and the pride of knowing you did it yourself. :)

Postons

and Sherman and associates has them Poston's goes for 175.00 each side and sherman and assoc are about the same.....Stupid question I know but how much for a Mig Welder?
Thanks
