replacing hinge pins

i got the replacement pins for the hinges....and was wondering how anyone has replaced them or if it would be better to.....just replace the whole hinge door s are sagging and want to get them back in order thanks

I forget if it is top or bottom, but one of the bushings usually disintegrates and allows the pin to wallow around in the hole..no need to replace the hinge....just the pin and bushings...note that there is one large bushing on each door and three small ones.

how would i go about replacing the pin???? remove the hinge???it looks real difficult!!!has anyone replaced the hinge pins????? thanks
