Hi. We Did The 3/4 To 7/8" Conversions In 1986. The Larger Cyl Give A Dramatic Improvement In Stopping, And Reduces Rotor Heat, By Having The Rear Brakes Actuall Pull Back On The Whole Chassis, Instead Of The The Front Brakes Trying To Pull The A Frames Into Toe-out. Use Bendix Best Quality Riveted Linings. Bonded Shoes Have A Glue Between The Lining And Shoe, Preventing Heat Transfer. A 3/4" Holesaw Hole Thru The Backing Plate Lets In Some Air.
