restoring original look to worn lookin turbo...

Looking at several used turbos.... the one that is the best deal.... doesn't look as good as the others.... the compressor housing is dull... the steel two-bolt clips that clamp the compressor housing to the center section show minor surface rust.... the turbine housing needs bead blasting... and painting or coating.....

What I want to know is.... what can you do to make a turbo look great again?...... preferrably without spending alot..... or I might as well spend a little more and buy the alredy clean ones....

All three turbos are the same size and trim..... so HP potential is the same... just looking for recommendations for how to make it look good again.....this might help the decision making process.....

They clean up quick, the easiest cheapest route is to grab a fine wire brush for a drill and just go over the turbine, it will look brand new in no time. For the compressor I wouldn't even waste my effort but you could use Stove pipe or barrel black to make it look presentable.
