restricting turbo oil feed line

Have any of you guys had a need to restrict some oil going to the turbo?

I have had an ongoing problem with my modded TA49 getting oil on the cold side and yes it does have a carbon seal retrofitted that I got from Limit Engineering. Right now I have a standard brake line plumbed from the oil pump area up to the turbo, and the turbo oil return is kink free to the intake with the felpro intake gasket cut-out mod in the back for better oil return.
