Once you get her fine tuned, 11.40's-11.50's shouldn't be a problem.

Well to run low mid 11's you will need about 5-6 mph, which is 100hp. Thats a lot. Since your short times seem decent to get more out of the car you will need more boost and timing. You should be able to go to 26psi boost safely, and add timing from there

I disagree. If you consider the ol' 10 hp= 1 mph rule of thumb, he will only need about 50-60 hp and a nice low 1.6 60'. Not even. Plenty of people go mid 11's at 116-117mph. He's only about 40 HP away from that.

Slicks will help lower your 60's. Leave the boost where it is and see what the 02's/EGT do when you lower the Fuel pressure 2 lbs at a time. Keep a close eye on your KR. 1* is as high as you want it to be.

Can you/are you lock(ing) the converter? This will help a great deal in getting the MPH up a bit.

I think the 10hp = 1mph is too optimistic, always have. And it becomes farther and farther off as mph increases.

There is no lockup on the TH350 I believe

No lockup? Bummer :(

He could be running an easy 115-116 with those ET's with a lockup, assuming of course everything is properly tuned (sounds like it is).

;)

Lock up gains

I've never done a pass with it locked up. What are the normal gains?

Is it true that it's 100% gurantee (Spell?) NO slippage? I've been having a 2 to 3rd slippage problem ever since I started tickling the 11's a while back.

2 mph and .2 is the claim on a D5, locked vs unlocked.

On an aftermarket converter the gain may not be as much

The converter is a special made set up from a guy i use in alabama . the car is a non loc setup ,but they do make loc up 350s. and i believe that my car will easily go 115-116mph.This pass was made with o boost off the line,so hang on and watch.

First, using the ole et=1356/mph your 113 mph gives 12.00 so you are right on the TR average so your 60' must have been pretty good. Second, average rwhp=wt*197/et^3, so assuming 3900 lbs going down the track and using 12.0 and 11.5 I get 445 and 505 average rwhp or 60 hp more. If your car is lighter then you will need less additional hp.
