Hey guys all the info is great helping me get through this thanks everyone but I just found that my map vacuum is not connected could this be why the car is running sooooooo foul????

Typically, a vac leak or exhaust leak will cause the car to run lean. Fuel pressure, bad MAF sensor, bad/stuck injectors, bad grounds, wrong chip, among other things can cause a rich condition. Investing in a scan tool (scanmaster, powerlogger, etc) would save alot of time and frustration during your search for the issue.

Running too hot of a plug than you need to be for your combo or heavily fouled plugs can also create issues. Lets just say at some point one time when i had work done on my car a couple years ago that i ended up having this running tad rich issue. Not to the extent it was dying from it , due to wrong heat range plugs being installed by someone who had replaced the injectors due to one having failed completely and 2 others on their way out to joining the bad one. Haven't run into any incorrect spark plug issues since that 1 time, since i primarily am getting the plugs and putting them in myself.
You can pick up some copper ac delco cr43ts or cr44ts spark plugs or any good recommended copper plugs that will run fine in there, just make sure you don't over tighten them to crack the fragile porceline surround and have them gapped accordingly.

Thanks

Looking for vacuum leaks I noticed the map sensor wasn't connected also the vaccum fitting was missing could this as make it run lean??? Anyhow it's all hooked up now I gotta get a jump box to test it out

It could have an effect on things, if it runs better after taking care of that, then it had a role in it most likely.
