Right Stuff in Rear Main Bearing

Going to replace my rear main seal and use "the right stuff" to seal the deal, so to speak. I have instrux from gnttype.org but am still not clear on where to inject the right stuff after seal and bearing cap is reinstalled. Never done one and want to make sure I do it right. A pic would be really helpful.

it will become very apparent once you pull the cap what grooves you need to squirt it into

Make sure everything is clean and clean and did I mention clean

Just fill the gaps on the sides of the caps so where the blocks would be pushed down.
