Rims

I'm looking to get a set of Torque Thrust II AR wheels 17-8 rear and 17-7 front. What back spacing do I need on these rims and what size tires. I also want to put lowering springs all the way around.

Stoc rims have 3.5" back space. Most folks get along fine with a 4' BS.
