I'm beginning to install my RJC 3" exhaust finally! Well there's a straight bracket welded to the top of the muffler that slips into the factory bracket up top on the drivers side as you can see in the pics.... The bracket has a hole but not sure how it mounts ? Not sure if that bracket should even b there ? Any ideas as to how I'm suppose to use this Bracket with a hole in it ? Maybe someone has or can take a picture of how urs is mounted thanks

When I did my exhaust I found that the muffler had to lean toward the front of the car 45*. So I found a bracket at NAPA that bolted thru the hole on the muffler bracket and was bent 45*, sorry I did not write the part number down. It was shaped something like this \______ but flipped over. I will try to get a picture of it mounted on the car tomorrow.

Thanks for that info if U can get some pics of ur mounting and bracket that would b sweet
