Sorry to tell you this but if you paid friends and family you have no leg to stand on.
This happened to me a few years ago when a guy was selling stolen parts on the site. I don't pay that way anymore unless I know the.person really well. It's not worth the few $ you save.

UPADATE. I just received an email from him. He said he is not sure what happened but is going to make it right for me and the other guy who hasn't received his stuff. We will see and I will keep you posted.
