rjc boost control assembly help?

I just received in my RJC boost controller.

I unscrewed it to check it out and the spring and ball bearing popped out and landed on the floor.

Can someone tell me which sides the spring and ball bearing should be on?

As of now I have the spring in the shorter side with the adjustment knob and elbow, and the bearing in the long side with the barbed fitting.

I don't want to install this the wrong way!

I did the same thing. I guess we're all curious right? Anyways I now lost the spring. Oops.
