Good lord. I thought I had the thing adjusted out pretty far...until I got in it, warmed her up, and hit 20psi when it spooled 
That thing does work! Now I have to figure out why my check engine light came on when I did that
. I turned the car off, and when I cranked it again it didn't come on
But anyway, +1 for RJC!
