I'd like too hear it. I have a set, but was scared to use them. I wanna hear more experiences with 900+ HP cars, with details of how they look on a teardown.

Lee had some smoke I believe when he started up or at idle. Hard to tell what it was and doubt if he found the problem. Maybe injector related, had been washed, etc... Let's see.... Jason Cramer has went 9.80's in a full weight car for several years now. I think that puts him at close to 900 HP at the crank. I think he may still have the same set of Total Seals in it

Joy of 6, holy crap, thats one nice looking ride
Whats it run?
I am looking to single turbo my GTO someday, but your set must of been an expensive custom job, it turned out great!

I would want to keep the power steering, especially with 265/50 front tires.

Would there be a way to put the vacuum pump were the AC is since thats a more common delete over the power steering?

stock pcv set-up crankcase vent

Actually the way the factory set it up was to be no emissions out into the air in the engine compartment.

When under boost the PCV has no vacuum on it to scanvenge the engine. so that's why they used the inlet bell of the turbo for a vacuum source.

No at idle there is not much vacuum there @ the inlet bell. but the manifold has a greater vacuum so it draws air thru the pass valve cover.

BUT..... when the turbo is under boost it is drawing plenty enough air in to the inlet bell. ( if you were to put a vac gauge on the maf pipe and get a reading on it. it would maybe have say 5 inches of vac. But the air rushing pass by that open hole creates a vacuum that will be greater than the vac the turbo itself can create when it's under boost.

that is what we like to call the venturi effect by creating a low barometric atmoshpere :)

damn i did learn some thing :) it also works well with flowing liquids too!

Was running over 170 mph in 8-flat area, just beginning to add a little timing... then threw a rod after a sickly (low mph) 7.99 run in October. "Should have" (hahah) achieved 7.80 I believe.

I would think you could make a bracket to mount a vacuum pump in the area of the removed AC. The White bracket does not allow for retaining the PS.
