RJC oversize puck installation

I've got the 1.625 puck and am wondering how much grinding it is going to take to re-port the WG hole. It's going into a 3.5" THDP which came with a 1.375 puck.

Anybody done this and what were the results? I know Jason has done it but not all of us have his skills set and the proper equipment.

I have used them and ported the housing to match. The hole can be made larger than the turbine housing will allow inside. They are real nice!

I cannot get the boost to stabilize. There is still needle flutter in the boost gauge and I haven't been to the track to see if the boost is still creeping.

Will get the bigger puck put in when it gets a little cooler. About 100 here today and looks like its going to be a hot summer here.
