2 Corn Fields over, from where I live, is where the Internet ends. So all the pieces we see or left overs from the larger metro areas. As they update things, service can take a day or 3 to stabilize.
If your cable, and you have other then a Motorola modem that also might be an issue.
I spent hours on the phone a few months ago, trying them to get my service as good as a neighbors. There were several problems, but eventually they did get it right.
