Very nice. I really need to get my hands on a body fixture like that when I repaint. Your gonna have a very nice ride when finished.

I bought it used for $850.00 and sold it for the same price. Using a rotisserie really is the way to go.

The car is numbers matching with 41,000 miles on it. I pulled the original drive train and have it stored. I built a production block 4.1 with billet caps, bored .30 over, hyper coated pistons, 215/220 roller cam from full throttle, pt 67 turbo, racetronix double pumper set up, 83lb injectors, turbo tweak chip for e85/ genII translator, Lonie's stage II trans with brake and 35oo stall.

There was really no rust to speak of on the car. I had one small weak spot on the driver's side rear floor pan. If you look at the pics I bet you can't find where I cut it out and welded in a new piece. (look just under the back seat mount on the vertical part of the pan on the drivers side.):D

That's exactly what I'm doing. My body will be all redone factory. The underneath will be flat black as it should. I'm going to fab a flat panel for the firewall, so I do not have to modify it from factory. I'm not putting the "chip guard" back on the bottom though... I hate that crap. I have another frame I'm going to box up and make stronger, then drop my 25,000 mile body and interior onto basically a racecar chassis
I'll restore my original frame and drivetrain and store it.

Update. Car is painted. What a day to paint in the shop..well over 100 degrees and 90% humidity in the paint shop. I even start at 4am in the morning but that didn't help any. But it turned out pretty good. Now onto the parts and then alot of wet sanding and buffing..oh what fun:D
Epoxy Sealer, base coat, then clear coat.

The last picture is the front fender. Can't go wrong with the SPI paint products. If a product can perform in extreme conditions like it did today and still turn out, that has something to say about how good it really is.

Very nice its hard to for it to lay down that slick with the heat and all. I have to clear a 42 foot motorhome first thing in the morning it sucks but mot near as bad as cutting and buffing. We use a lot of R&M products they have a new show clear that is pretty good. But my favorite is dc3000 or 4000 but kinda high at 200 a gallon. Here is one we done a couple of weeks ago its just us 4 people. Kinda different from cars.
