Round shifter knob

Anyone know where to get the round shift knob that you push down to pull out of park? I might be aluminum. I have seen it before, but can't seem to find anything but the t-handle style.
Or does anyone know how to do a conversion of some other type?

I drilled a hole in an 8ball and stuck it on my shifter stalk. Pretty sure it's never going to break like the stock T handle
