New motor, 4k miles on it, has studded heads. Had the car a month, been running fine, typically 180 degrees on both the tranny and coolant temp. Car has 160 thermostat. I ran it hard a few passes at 17- 18 lbs of boost and now the car runs warm, 205/210 coolant and 210-220 trans temp, NO AC on just cruising down the highway 70 degree weather. I did notice fine light brown silt in overflow tank, think it is from the sealer for the studded heads. Flushesd the radiator and engine with garden hose, installed new coolant, but problem still present. I am going to have the radiator rodded out and engine high presure flush next, unless I get other ideas from you guys.

Trans is a Art Carr 9" non-loc and has 373's in the rear.

had a few pin hole leaks that were letting steam out. Ended up getting a new core, now all OK with temp.
