I replaced o2 sensor coil pack and even found a broken vacuum line and it's still running rich

What's it do when up to 150*? Is it still rich? Have you looked at the warmup enrichement vs. coolant graph to make sure it didn't screw up? Did you ask Joe about it?

what 02 did you put in and is the program correctly set in setting for it
need to see #s after warmup with correction functioning
it was seconds after startup and around 120deg so warmup decay could be in play , and no correction yet (typically needs 140deg and all afterstart decay to have timed out)
target af seems right but dont expect that after startup , need to see it go to correction ,
its possible your learn is allowed at low rpm and it has put some elevated #s into the ve table from running with a poor coilpack (you say you changed that and if it was correcting for missing coil that correction doesnt just disappear without learn time which wont happen until it goes into correction
