Running to lean?

0 knock, A/F 10.0, BL 118, 02's 810. 24# of boost @ WOT third gear.Car likes these #'s. Me not so much. Am i running to lean. My gut feels like it is going to go pow. Oh, 93 and Alky. What does everyone think. Thanks

Lean? 10.0 A/F is way too rich. Lean it out to about 10.8 or so and go from there.

Narrow band should in theory be in the 750 range. So yes, you are plenty rich.

I was about to say.... lean??? A/F is reading 10 and the BLMs are lower than 128. That doesn't exactly mean you're rich... it means the ECM thinks it's rich. (in this case it looks trustworthy as the WB is backing up the ECM's BLM's).


You said the car likes the numbers but it looks like you could stand to go a little leaner and see if it likes it more. Theoretically, if you lean it (depending on how you do it) the mixture will stay the same and the BLMs will come up. But I'm sure you've noticed that theory and practice don't always jive 100% on these cars.
