does this company do custom wheel lips or barrels? It looks like these are true 3 piece wheels so they have the equipment.

They do have options on the lips, not sure about the hoops. You are probably better off contacting Jason since he know every option he offers. I do know that they offer both 2 piece and 3 peice wheels.
