rust!!!!!!

found a small patch of rust on the bottom of the driver door i believe goes completely through as my paint is bulging. do i need a new door or can this be fixed by a competent body man.

Depending on where exactly it's located yes a good body man can cut out the bad section and make a patch panel. (key word: GOOD) if the rust is right on the edge where the skin folds over the shell it will be tougher, still doable but not as easy....can you post a pic??
