Rusted through frame

I have a part of my frame rusted thorugh its not major but what can i do about it

Bring it to a shop that knows how to weld or get another frame from gbodyparts.com

I'm in the same situation. Frame is bad where crossmember mounts to (driver's side). Four shops have already turned me down, liability issues... Going to have to find someone I know to do it.
