?'s after 9x11 install..

I just installed a billet 9x11 converter. I also drained the fluid from the tranny and changed the filter. I left the pan off for a couple days before I could get back to finish up.

With a brand new converter, and having drained the tranny, How much fluid should I be putting back in? I put one qt. in the converter before install. I've put 7 more quarts in though the dipstick tube and it still doesn't look right.

Does it still need more?

Takes about 11-11.5 with a 12" conv. so you're going to need a couple more quarts.
