S hose leak

My GN started leaking from the s hose while idling, wasn't a very good install so I bought a silicone one. I installed it with new clamps and it won't stay on the timing cover outlet when idling slides off??? Any suggestions thanks

Which S-hose? - the one that goes to the heater / coolant lines - or - the one that goes from the water pump to the intake manifold?
They are both sort of 'S"s

It's the water pump (timing cover)
to the intake one
