Yep, it was "one of those days" .
I have already read all the post on this TA33 thing and looks like 12.15 was the fastest recorded time

Something is holding this car back and I am trying to determine if it is the carefully ported and matched stock intake, or turbo.

So what has anyone run on 93/PAC with a carefully stock ported intake in street trim?

What about times with a V1-2-3
(No a Air/Air IC :smile: )

John Bruce went 11.9 with a TA-33 several years ago. He accomplished this with ported heads, intake and 30# injectors. Along with careful tuning.

Jerryl- I am the closest thing to your car. I am running the stock turbo elbow and an old downpipe which is 2 3/8 in diameter into a 2 1/2 test pipe and 2 1/2 exhaust. My problem is the turbo elbow, downpipe and tires. I tested today and brought the rpm up to 1800 with the brakes and puched it. The tires broke loos and spun for the first ten feet before they hooked in. I do not drag race but I do have one of those G-force sensors which will give me a good indicator of my quarter times. Jerryl, what are your mods aside from ported intake? Alcohol? Matched heads? valve job? injectors? all that? are you running the mease pipe? I vividly remeber Herb Fishman running mid to low 12's also, but the 33 and alcohol and some other stuff, but I am not sure if that car was pushed to the max... he made it a beautiful show car, then the wreck happened... Anyway, let me know, maybe we can find the weak link?

The car has the basic mods plus 212/212 / TA33 Basically stock. :biggrin:
I doing some more testing this week and making "one change at a time". She just seems to run out of breath around 4900.
