I posted a couple month ago on this just wanted to do a update.
First lets start with the background. I bought my car in early March did a complete rebuild on the motor (stock). I got the motor back and i put brand new 65lbs low impedance injectors on. Ran it for a while with a extender extreme while i was getting my extender pro chip modified. Have a Tpro with speed density, scan master and some kind of innovate air fuel ratio computer. Well the problem is that now when try to accelerate with the car it flutters real bad. (unless you accelerate real slow) Here is what i have changed, in order.
tryed
-injectors
-Coil
-Ignition module
-crank sensor
-fuel filter
-Cam sensor
-new plugs cr43ts (got black with carbon right away)
-ecm
-IAC
-TPS
(got worst with tps and Iac)
more to will add as i remember
could something be clogged in the throttle body?
any other ideas?
IF you need any readings off any of the the scan tools to help will send?

Do you have a powerlogger? How does the car idle? What are the readings at warm idle?

no power logger and yes it idles smooth around 850 moves around up to 950 sometimes. will get readings tomorrow what do you want sm or tpro and which ones?

What are your IAC, TPS numbers on the scanmaster at warm idle? Also what version is the T-Pro? the current one i believe is 5.22

all of my readings

mp key on engine off is 100.3
At the end after the car warmed up it sounded like it was about to die out then came back up did this a bunch of times.
now all of theses are at hot idle

Iac adjusted

So I got around to adjusting my iac to day so it is 23 at idle in park. Still flutters but it does not do it as much now you really have to punch it to do it. Also I notice un burned fuel coming out of the pipes when it flutters any other ideas.

Reading your first post I just want to make sure the chip that's in the car is for the injectors.

What is the TPS set at now with the IAC at 23?

How old is the IAC? The same ? for the coolant temp sensor and o2 sensor.

If it hasn't been cleaned in awhile it may be a good idea to do that and also clean the passages in the throttle body while you have it out.

What version of T-Pro do you have?

Yes, I just took the car out for about a 5 mile ride. The problem has gotten noticeably better, but it comes back when the car begins to change from vacuum to boost. When the car is at 0 psi. The iac is a brand new ac delco. The coolant, temp, and o2 sensors are unknown. The translator pro is version 4.4.

Did you clean out the throttle body passages when you replaced the IAC?

CTS is used to control fuel mixture, timing, idle speed, TCC and EGR operations among others. The thermistor used has a low resistance when hot, rising as the coolant cools. This error then, indicates a very low resistance in the CTS circuit.

I recommend getting the T-Pro updated, i believe the latest version is 5.22 or it was a few months ago when i had mine done. I had the 4.8 and it was giving me some problems and the update cured them, you will like the 5.22 alot better i'm sure of it.

I am going to do throttle body tomorrow. Where do I get my tpro updated? Cts is fine. Wells crank sensor and it does not back fire or anything it's just a flutter it seems to be vacuum/ boost problem but will check tomorrow.

I believe you can update it yourself if you have a laptop. I don't so i sent my T-Pro to FullThrottleSpeed and Bob Bailey (turbobob) did it for me and also checked the unit for some problems i was having with it. I believe you can download what you need on FullThrottleTech.com but like mentioned you need a laptop to do it or atleast thats my understanding.

What are you using for a boost controller and how are the vacuum hoses and connections?

I will look into the tpro tomorrow for the update I have the boost control that's goes though the tpro. Some of the vacuum lines could use replacement but no leaks got a solid 18 of vacuum. Will get around to replacing them when I get it running right. That the tps after I adjusted the iac.
