Cleaned the tb and still does it and it still put raw fuel out upon fluttering. My fuel pressure is 45. Also I noticed there is a little thing that a vacuum
Line goes into with a electrical plug on it. It is red and black but there is line going into it but it looks like a smaller one is supper to come out of it but there is nothing there. The flutter only happens between 3 of vac and like 2 lbs of boost

Not sure about the raw fuel problem.

The thing you are describing sounds like the wastegate solenoid.Does it look like this?

1986 1987 Buick Regal Grand National Turbo T T-Type GNX GM Factory Original WASTEGATE SOLENOID FILTERS (3) KIT #7091

it sounds like the turbo may be surging.

What turbo and intercooler do you have?

Please describe all the boost control hardware you have connected. Wastegate, solenoids, hoses, etc.

When its fluttering, can you feel any surging? Is the car bucking or are you just hearing flutter?

What number is on the chip.

Bob

here is a picture of that thing i was talking about.
also picture of boost control
my chip is a extender pro PWQX7DOF
I have a turbonetics T-26229 turbo\
front mount intercooler do not know the brand
the hose for the waste gate runs off the outlet on the intake side of turbo to the boost control that was pictured and back to the waste gate which looks to be stock just modified to fit turbo. the boost control works thought the tpro. You can hear and feel the fluttering, but the car does not buck.

what are your boost control settings in the Pro?

How much boost does it run at WOT? Is it controlling boost ok?

Bob

that other solenoid looks to be for the evap canister. You can unplug it and plug the vacuum line, as it appears you don't have the canister.

I have a canaister also I guess the vacuum line is missing.
Running 10 psi of boost highest I ever saw it. I couldn't tell you If my boost control is right look over the numbers i think they need corrections

ok, not sure if the boost control is working, as that is pretty low boost.

try setting the TPS spool to 3.00 and see if the symptom improves.

unplug the solenoid, or run a hose from the turbo straight to the wastegate.

Its starting to sound like part throttle surge. Some turbos are more prone to this than others.
