All I can say is Mopar did a GREAT job on this car. Was talking to some friends at a cruise where they shut down the entire main street and I looked up and saw it drive by. Ended up finally finding it and had a huge crowd around it. Black with the 6.1 Hemi.

GM really has it's work cut out for them with the new Camaro, wonder if they are ever going to get that one out? Friend who I went to the cruise with says the dealers are marking them up 20K over retail. He should know he works at a Dodge dealership.

Well, wasn't the only TR at the cruise as a guy pulled in next to me with a 1000 mile GN. Was weird seeing a totally stock GN next to my modified one. Saw one other stock GN farther down from us. Great cruise over 500 cars on a Tuesday nite.

What cruise was that?

while out on a ride with our corvette club on saturday we say an orange challenger. it is so much nicer in real life than the pics. it has very nice smooth body lines. I was impressed.

Downtown Middletown CT. Their main street is about a mile long and they shut almost the whole length of it down. It is so long they have about 3 DJ's set up and a lot of the restaurants have patio furniture on the sidewalks so you can eat and watch the cars.

Main street is 4 lanes wide, the park all the show cars facing the sidewalks in the regular parking spaces and then run 2 lanes of cars down the center of the street as well. They actually had less cars than usual as the weather was threatening early in the afternoon but it never did rain in the area. They usually have another one during the fall on a Sunday but they haven't announced the date yet.

500 cars is one parking lot at the Woodward dream cruise.

Anyway been seeing them driving around Detroit for some time now..nice looking for sure

Yeah, the new Challenger is awesome, it may be the nicest import we get, arguably that or the new skyline. Import?! Oh its an import, assembled in canada....its an import just like Celine Dion, Mike Meyers, and all those other hosers. :P
I am jealous of the cruise ins you guys have, soynds like a dream to me.

My son is moving to Manchester in a couple of weeks. What is the "big show" in Manchester? Sounds like it's something to go to when I visit.

the had a 10 sec clip of the show on WTNH 8 this am, was pretty disappointing the did not show more.

One of my favorite shows is the Roaring 20's Southbury Training School show in Sept over a 1,000 cars, cutoff is 73 or 74 though

Well, it's 1983 and earlier I just read. I thought I saw a couple of GN's a few years ago. Anyway, it's on Sunday August 3rd this year. It's advertised as the largest single day cruise/car show in New England. Cruisin on Main Street - Home for more info. I have been a few times and it is huge!!

I saw one one next to us on the interstate up in Novi, Mi a few weeks ago. Very nice looking.
