Due to the fact I decided to go with a GN swap in my malibu I will no longer need the motor I had built for it last year. here's the specs. Its located in Baltimore, MD I'd prefer local pickup, but I might possibly be willing to ship
Up for sale is my 383 stroker. I built this motor 1 year ago and decided to go with a different drive train. It is a balanced eagle 383 stroker kit wrapped in a 3970010 4bolt block that has never been decked(I can send a pic of the original front stamping on the block). The motor has 10.2:1 compression. The motor is topped off with a set of 3782461 double hump "fuelie" heads. These heads feature 2.02/1.60 valves, 64cc combustion chamber, and a 3-angle valve job. This motor also features a weiand accelerator intake manifold, 480 lift comp cams magnum camshaft, and a melling Z28 high output/high pressure oil pump. This is also a balanced and blueprinted powerplant. The motor was assembled by Edwards Automotive Machine Shop in Timonium, MD who has been in business since the 1940's. At Edwards, they hot tanked and pressure tested not only the block but also the heads too! The block was bored .030 over. The motor recieved all new Clevite77 main, rod, and cam bearings, also freeze plugs. All this motor needs to fire up is a distributor, carb, valve covers, and oil. As included but not pictured but included is a Holley 650 cfm carb., 8 inch harmonic balancer, and comp cams rocker arms. If you need I would probably be willing to give you an hei distributor (but it would probaly need to be freshened up).I set the price of the motor at $3000 .
