SC recall knock related ?

I've been trying to track down a low boost knock problem and have noticed that my SC is not showing recall after a WOT blast . I know the tps must produce 3.0v or more in order for the recall to happen . Why is this happening ? if the SC is not picking up a 3.0v triger, does that mean the ECM is not seeing it as well ? TPS trigers fine with key on engine off .

It takes a full second and to me more like two seconds to get into the recording mode.

I have nailed it and had the same problem on the street.

Over 3.0 TPS for that 2 count.
