Scan master and speedometer

My scan master and speedometer are both not reading my speed correct they just jump all over any ideas?

Is it the mph only doing it? Is it a digital dash?

Yeah it's just the speedometer I have vdo gauges in it. That's what I was hoping it was I'll try and replace that first thanks

It was the lower speedo cable I took it off and it was a little messed up I bought a new one and stuck my old one back on while I went to get the part and it started working again so I'm going to just run it until it stops again before I switch it out
