scan master, need help

does the scan master pull any codes, what is cts or something on the scan master, it said 48 and iam not sure if it was a code or what.

It shows codes on the last screen (MAL). cts is your coolant temp.HTH
p.s. The first screen is your o2 volts they will constantly change at idle and while cruising and lock at WOT.
