Scanmaster button problem

I have a Scanmaster II and am wondering if anyone else has the same problem. Seems to be worse as the temperature lowers. The buttons don't have any travel in them. When you press them, they should "click". Well, mine don't until the interior warms up. It makes navigating with the different "menus" very difficult. I have to wiggle the buttons to get them to change. I know this sounds freaky, but has anyone else seen anything like it? If so, how the heck do you fix it?

It's probably the way the button is designed or maybe the button went bad. You could go to RadioShack and probably get another button just like it for a $1 or so..

Button

Give the case a little twist to see if the button free's up. If not the
button may be installed a little off center inside, easily fixed.

If that doesn't fix it, contact Ramchargers for help.
