Is there a difference between the tr scanmaster and the one for the l67. I'd like to wire my spare one into my supercharged car.

Yes, OBD 2 in the L67

Yes I realize that. I didn't know if there was something different internally. The wiring hookup looks the same. except for the aldl vs obd2

The PIDs are different so programming isn't the same. It may be the same hardware.

They are not the same hardware. The Buick GN version does not have the J1850-VPW interface chip necessary to communicate with the OBD-2 vehicles.
